About
Peptide Playbook exists because the peptide space deserves better information.
If you've ever searched for information about peptides online, you know the problem. You'll find breathless hype from people selling products, copy-pasted content with no sources, and bold claims that crumble under scrutiny. On the other end, you'll find dense academic papers that are nearly impossible to parse unless you have a background in biochemistry.
We started Peptide Playbook to fill the gap between those two extremes.
What we do
We read the research — the actual published studies, clinical trials, and peer-reviewed papers — and translate it into practical, honest guidance. Every claim we make links back to its source. When the evidence is strong, we say so clearly. When it's weak, preliminary, or limited to animal studies, we say that too.
Our content covers peptides across multiple categories: brain health, skin and hair, muscle growth, fat loss, longevity, and immunity. Whether you're just learning what peptides are or you're looking for detailed protocol breakdowns, we aim to be the resource you can trust.
Our principles
- Cite everything. No claim without a source.
- Be honest about limitations. If the evidence is weak, we'll tell you.
- Stay practical. Every piece of content should answer: "What do I actually do with this?"
- No hype. We don't use words like "miracle" or "game-changer" unless the data genuinely warrants it.
- Disclose everything. Affiliate relationships and sponsorships are always clearly marked.
